Awais brings over 15 years of hands-on leadership across sales, faults, and installs — the full end-to-end. He’s earned multiple awards at BT/EE for customer excellence and BT Sport revenue, and has built processes that helped entire teams work smarter, faster, and with more clarity. He’s the one keeping communication tight between FNOs and ISPs so customers get installed without the drama, and he runs the day-to-day of the OM team to make sure sales always have the backup they need.

Outside of work, Awais is… well, unstoppable. He’s a UK MMA champion, a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist, and he rides a Kawasaki Ninja for fun. He owns the Gymsheikh clothing brand, and once ran a 33-mile ultra marathon from Jordan to Palestine for charity... because “easy” clearly isn’t in his vocabulary.
