About the Role
In this key role, you’ll support both new and existing residential customers — answering queries, renewing contracts, and resolving issues. You’ll handle a mix of inbound/outbound calls and emails, all with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction. Your communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will shine as you work to keep our customers loyal and delighted.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to retention and support queries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly performance targets
Encouraging contract renewals and winning back customers
Keeping systems and reports up to date
Being a proactive, positive voice for the brsk brand
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience/retentions experience?
Experience in a customer-facing or sales role (ideally in a fast-paced setting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling objections and influencing outcomes
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
Tech confidence — you’re quick to learn new tools and systems
A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
