About the role
- Driving sales growth in areas where we’ve built our network, ensuring more customers come on board and get installed through Venue/Events
- Owning the regional strategy – contributing to sales plans, building market share, and nurturing customer relationships.
- Collaborating across Regions, working closely with Head of Venue Sales, and other departments to hit monthly / Weekly targets
- Leading and motivating a team of Venue sales executives, coaching them to success and developing future sales stars.
- Out in the Regions – you’ll be out in the field every week, working with your teams, setting the standard and creating new opportunities to grow our brand.
About you
- A driven, experienced and ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A natural motivator – someone who can inspire, coach, and lead a team to top performance.
- A strategic thinker and doer – adaptable, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves and take the regions to the next level.
- A collaborator and communicator – confident in working across different teams to drive results.
- Venue/Events sales experience – with a strong track record of managing and growing teams.
- Experience in building large teams and driving them to success
- Experience in working with multiple bookings agents across the country to secure the best possible Venues for our footprint.
- Telecoms experience is a plus but not essential – we’re more interested in your sales expertise and leadership skills.
- Examples of overachieving set targets
You will split your time working from home and across your region(s), being present with your team building our brand and developing your team to deliver results. Ideally you will be based in North England and able to drive to cover Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester regions.
Salary
OTE £55,000
