About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Provisioning Coordinator who can take charge of our fibre provisioning process with confidence, empathy, and laser-sharp attention to detail. From ensuring smooth service delivery to jumping in when customers are at risk of cancelling, you’ll be the calm in the storm — and the engine driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the full fibre provisioning journey — from order to activation — ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Reach out to customers at risk of cancellation, listen to their concerns, and win them back with smart solutions and great service.
• Manage and optimize dialer campaigns, making sure the right messages hit at the right times.
• Collaborate across sales, tech, and support teams to remove friction and boost speed-to-service.
• Analyze campaign and provisioning data to identify patterns and opportunities for smarter operations
•  Handle complex escalations with calm professionalism, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Support and coach junior coordinators, helping elevate the whole team’s performance.
• Keep documentation tidy and contribute to reporting, forecasting, and process refinement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fibre provisioning, telco operations, or service delivery — you’ve done this before and know what great looks like.
• Skilled at “save” conversations — you know how to listen, empathize, and turn things around.
• Experience working with dialer systems (predictive/preview) and campaign optimization.
• Strong communicator — both written and verbal — with the ability to bring people together.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and a bias for action.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Familiar with CRM tools and provisioning platforms.
• Prior team lead or mentoring experience is a big plus.
• Solid understanding of fibre network tech and provisioning systems.

• Remote-first: This role is primarily work-from-home. You’ll need your own reliable laptop, strong fibre connection (and back up!), noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet work setup.
• Connectivity allowance: We’ll contribute to your monthly internet and remote working expenses.
• Location: Occasional in-person meetups and training sessions happen in Joburg — so being based in or near the area is ideal.
• Contract duration: Initial 3-month contract, with strong potential to convert to permanent based on performance.
