We are a UK based, full fibre provider that is rolling out a new 1 gigabit per second broadband network to homes and businesses across the UK.
With an average broadband speed of 64mbps, the UK is ranked amongst the lowest in Europe for its poor internet connectivity. Over the next 5 years, the UK government has set a target to connect a further 20 million homes to full fibre broadband.
We are a start-up team of innovative, agile, and driven individuals, looking to scale-up and achieve our ambitious plan to connect a million homes in the UK to our gigabit network.
We have now rolled out fibre to 60,000 homes in the UK, making us one of the fastest growing Altnets in the UK.

The Role
This is an exciting role for someone looking to join a growing team to build a large-scale fibre to the home network. Your key purpose will be to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and members of your team are working in a safe manner.
You will plan and schedule the work for the build team, ensuring that all jobs are planned and coordinated so they run as effectively as possible.
As the point of contact between the local authority and the project team you will crete and issue NRSWA permits to local authorities and ensure the permits meet legislative requirements.
This job also involves you maintaining a register of starts, stops, registrations, dealing with extension requests and any other admin relating to the job. .
About you
You will be self starter who is action orientated, willing to support a wider team and get stuck in. You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all stakeholders effectively both verbally and in writing. You will have knowledge of the Openreach PIA quality standards aswell as Microsoft Suite and Street Manager.
We would like you to have a telecoms background and strong knowledge of linear projects within civil engineering and utilities. It would also be desirable if you had experience of working with TM plans aswell as performing, monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
Location – We have work currently in the Bradford, Burnley and Manchester regions however this may change based on the business requirements. This role will involve travel between site, home and any other business locations around the UK.
