With an average broadband speed of 64mbps, the UK is ranked amongst the lowest in Europe for its poor internet connectivity and we are here to change this by delivering a betternet. We have now rolled out fibre to 60,000 homes in the UK, making us one of the fastest growing Altnets in the UK.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of this role is to be the face of brsk for your area and oversee business development activity promoting brsk and everything we do. The role is target driven with the key focus on order uptake in our newest region.
You will contribute to the sales and marketing strategies in your region and you will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share.
You will lead and coach a team of door-to-door sales execs and a Community Engagement Manager, leading by example with an ability to sell via different means and channels and create new opportunities to enable us to be known and grow in your sales region.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target driven with an exceptional work ethic. You’ll be someone passionate about building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services.
As we are a start-up, we need you to be self-motivated and willing to get your sleeves rolled up and get stuck in. Passionate about delivering amazing customer service you will have a real drive to do things differently and make your region a success.
This is a really varied role mixed between being on the ground with your team as well as strategically delivering what is needed to drive sales in your area so you need to be super creative, adaptable and organised.
A few years of commercial experience in a sales management or a business development manager role working in B2C and/or B2B would be great too!
You will split your time working from home and across your region, being present with your team building our brand and developing your team. Ideally you will be based in or near Manchester
£40-45K (plus up to 12K commission)
